You might have ventured in to Sunrise Coffee on E. Sunset…and why wouldn’t you?…it is such a wonderful place…and had the opportunity to enjoy something sweet and vegan from their bakery case along with a cup of tea or coffee.  If you have, you have enjoyed one of the delicious bits of sweetness from Sweet Tooth Baked Goods.  Their vegan red velvet cupcakes have been known to change lives.  I have also enjoyed the Cookies and Cream Cupcake, The Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Fudge, the mini cheesecake, the wonderful coffee cake, and a variety of muffins. All were delectable and free from animal products.

The sweet genius behind Sweet Tooth Baked Goods is Danielle Russo.  She is such a delight and is so thoughtful and passionate about all that she does. She is very skilled and extremely creative.  Danielle is married to acclaimed local tattoo artist Gianni Russo and they have two small children.  Danielle is originally from New Jersey and came to Las Vegas via Los Angeles.  She has been a vegan for about three years and the book “Skinny Bitch” was a bridge that helped her to get there. Danielle is building her own bridges now.

Danielle has turned her love for cooking and baking into something that we can all enjoy.  She specializes in cakes, cakepops, cupcakes, cookies, muffins, and scones.  She also does party and gift baskets. She is expanding the number of places that you will be able to find her vegan baked goods.  She works out of a commercial kitchen right now but would eventually like to have her own storefront.  What a joy that will be.  Until then you can find them at Sunrise Coffee or place an order for anything from her personally at any time.  You can see some of her creativity on her Sweet Tooth Facebook page.
