Pizza and Kindness Together

Dear Mr. Wynn…It was again my pleasure to dine in the Wynn once again last evening.  I really enjoy being able to drop in whenever I can and you make it so easy to do so.  I can exit off of I-15 onto Spring Mountain, go a couple of blocks and then make a quick turn and another and I am in your self-parking garage.  Easily one of the most customer-friendly parking set-ups on the Strip.  Very easy to get out of as well and back to where I need to be without having to hassle with any of the traffic on the Strip.  I have no doubt that this was very well thought out…just like everything else.  I made my way back to Stratta last night for dinner and it was wonderful.  They took great care of me there at the bar.  It was enjoyable as is always the case when I have to opportunity to dine with you. Thank you once again for all of the options you provide.  Live vegan…live kind….live strong.

This was my first visit back to Stratta since Chef Alex’s departure but the restaurant still proudly carries his name and spirit. I have been there on a couple of occasions and have blogged before about one of the wonderful vegan pasta dishes that I enjoyed.  I was in the mood for a little pizza last night and so I ordered the Vegan Pizza.  It is thin crust covered in a delicious sauce with soy cheese, onions, zucchini, Marzano tomatoes, and fresh basil. I had not had lunch so this became lunch and dinner for me.  What do they call that then?  Ludinner?  Duncher?  Nothing sounds quite as good as brunch.

The pizza was very good and you can appreciate the fresh and quality ingredients in every bite.  It definitely satisfied the pizza craving that I was having.  I am going to be back at the Wynn and the Encore a few times over the next couple of weeks to catch a few more places before the end of my 365 Days…365 Vegan Meals in Vegas concludes. Once again…it is not the really the end of anything…but only just the beginning.
