Dear Mr. Wynn…I did say that I would be back soon to visit a few more of the wonderful restaurants at The Wynn and Encore while on my little vegan culinary adventure.  Bartolotta is a beautiful restaurant, as you well know, and certainly is as good of a restaurant as you will find anywhere.  They take very good care of you at Bartolotta.  Truly,  Italian dining at the highest level. I have noticed that all of your restaurants from casual to fine dining have given great care and thought to the plant-based meals that are offered.  I am looking forward already to my next adventure at these places that proudly bear your name.  Here’s to kind and wonderful food options.

Bartolotta is near the top of the food chain as far as restaurants go here locally.  It is a gorgeous two level restaurant that provides delicious food as impeccable service.  They have a two-page vegetarian menu and you have to modify things a bit to be able to enjoy a vegan meal.  They make their own pasta and so they have egg in them but they do offer a rice based penne that does not have egg in it and you can substitute that in on any meal.  Cheese can obviously be left out.  They have wonderful vegan bread and butter so be sure and ask for it.

I chose a half-portion (which you can do) of the Penne al Pomodoro e olive Taggiasche. The was the rice penne pasta with red wine, Taggiasche olives, and tomato.  It was a simple but wonderfully delicious dish that I fully enjoyed with the vegan bread and butter and a bottle of Pellegrino. Bartolotta is a beautiful restaurant to enjoy for a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion…like just being in love.  They will work with you to make sure that your dining experience is a memorable one. Just know you will need to modify a few things and you will end up in a very pleasurable place.
